  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 pm (GST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (UAE): Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. A flat rate of 15 AED applies for all standard shipping orders.
  • Express Shipping (UAE): Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days. A flat rate of 20 AED applies.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries with an international shipping rate of 120 AED. Delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as customs delays or carrier restrictions.


3. Important Notice for International Orders

Please bear in mind that we may not be able to ship your order internationally if there is an exclusive distributorship in your country. We recommend checking our website or contacting customer service to confirm international availability for your region before placing your order.
